Privacy Policy for Publish.Place

At Publish.Place, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We understand that you trust us with your personal information and we take that responsibility seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our services.

Information Collection and Use

We collect information when you create an account, post content, or interact with other users on our platform. This may include your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to provide you with the services you have requested and to improve your experience on our platform.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our platform or users.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

User Control and Access

You have the right to access and control the personal information we have collected about you. You can update your information or remove your connected Web3 Wallet and account by removing from your Wallet settings.

Wallet Authentication for Login, Registration and Access

We have no control or access to your wallet or it’s contents. When you register or sign in to Publish.Place, we use a wallet signature without access request. It’s chain agnostic due to this simple authentication meaning it’s compatible with most EVM (Ethereum) based Blockchains.
We only get your wallet address which is public information and do not share this with anyone.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
